After our walk around temple square (which I got blisters from because I was wearing heels, we went to a bed and breakfast up Ogden Canyon called Alaskan Inn. We stayed in our own little personal cabin and it was really cool except Scott and I were pretty sure it was haunted because we heard all sorts of weird noises all night long and the cabins are not old. Neither of us slept very well. Overall it was pretty nice.
The next morning, we drove further up Ogden Canyon just to see what we could see and then headed back down I-15 toward home. Scott took a detour up Parley's Canyon and we went to the outlet stores in Park City. We decided we need to do most of Christmas shopping up there. We found some really sweet deals. After Park City we headed home.
Wednesday, we headed down to Manti. We haven't found a picture of the Manti temple that we love yet, so we went down to attempt to take some of our own. We drove the scenic route through Spanish Fork canyon and Scott took me through some little towns I had never been to before. I really enjoy seeing historic homes and landmarks and stuff like that. I think it is so cool, so it was really fun to drive through a bunch of the cities that have a lot of that stuff around still. Once we got to Manti, I took loads of pictures. Here are a few that I liked.

We will see if I end up actually printing any of them. After Manti, we headed to Nephi to use a gift card from our wedding (ya we are a little slow) and found a few cute things to decorate our house with. It was actually kind of hard to use the gift card. They didn't have a lot of options because they had a lot of holiday decorations, and I am just not interested in that right now. I need to get basic decorations first! We basically spent the rest of the day with Scott's fam in Nephi.
Thursday, we ran some errands and basically cleaned up because I was heading out of town today. Scott put up some blinds in our bedroom window and it looks so much nicer now than with just the curtains we had up earlier. Now we can actually open the curtains.
Today I flew out to Vancouver, WA (where I grew up) for my nieces baptism. My sister that lives in Idaho decided to come up as well, and everyone went out trick or treating tonight. It was kind of fun to have them all together, but really wild.
Um, I was too lazy to rotate these and then re-add them to the blog, so tilt your head. Haha.
