Mice
We discovered we have mice a couple of weeks ago. I first heard it under the sink, and then started seeing little traces of mice under the oven and different areas around the house. Our attack started with poison strategically placed under the sink and oven, and while a couple of the poison packets disappeared, I could still hear a mouse under my kitchen cabinets. So, we set traps. We got the old fashioned snap traps that were little buggers to set, but yesterday we found our first dead mouse under the oven. It must have been there for a while because it was kind of stuck to the floor, and it was stinky. But we killed it! I am sure there will be more, I believe we had more than one to begin with, but we are winning. And luckily the mice haven't gotten into any cabinets or my pantry. Anyway, it is kind of funny to me because there is a girl in my ward that moved from her old place into these town houses because her last house had a mouse. Well, I hope it takes her longer than a year and half to get one in hers. Considering we are surrounded by pastures, it is pretty much unavoidable. Gotta love it.

I set mouse poison at a previous job I had - the mice ate the poison and crawled up the wall and died, and it stunk so bad for weeks! If I could make a recommendation, it would be use the snap traps or the mouse house things, so you can dispose of the mice yourself.
Yuck!! I hate mice! Luckily we have not seen any around us (though I am sure they are there), maybe the population of snakes we see all summer scares the little rodents away!
