Running
So I have always had a love hate relationship with running. Sometimes I love it, sometimes I hate it. Over the weekend, I have decided I love it again. I was doing a lot of reading in my runners world magazine, then Saturday morning I met up with my friend Colleen who is training for the St George marathon (which sadly I did not get into). I was supposed to just run 5 1/2 to 6 miles with her, but we were having such a nice conversation I decided to finish the run with her, which put me at 9 1/2 to 10 miles. I don't know the exact mileage from where I parked. Anyway, it was actually a really nice I run. I was surprised I was able to run that far and still feel ok. I am now totally committed to getting back in condition for distance running. I want to re-run the Salt Lake Marathon next spring and beat my time (which won't be hard since I didn't have good training the first time around). I am really excited to get back in shape and feel good running again. Hooray!

That was a great run! You helped me TONS by keeping my attention off of my running. So we'll have to do it again and YEAH for new resolves!
