Am I behind?

Ok, while in my last post I did say I am going to start saying I am from Utah, I do have to ask on question...Why do so many people around here look so young and have 3 or 4 kids? I see people that seriously look my age (and I hope the aren't) that have 3 kids at the grocery store. Most of my friends have at least one kid of their own, which is probably pretty normal for my age, but 3? Good heck. Maybe I am just too selfish. We still aren't even thinking about kids any time soon. People have started asking since well we have been married a year and a half so protocol says I should be pregnant right? I am just not ready for the life altering change of having a child and how much sacrifice it takes. I like that Scott and I can go wherever, whenever and not worry about all the baggage that comes along with a child. And I don't mean that in a negative way. I actually love kids (as I have mentioned before on a case by case basis). I am shocked by those like my sister who have five at the age of 30. I won't ever have five and certainly not by 30. Maybe it's me? Maybe it's the culture in Utah? Don't know, don't really care, just kind of spouting my thoughts...

Tisha, I am in the same pool of thought as you! Not really wanting that responsibility just yet. We've been married four years but unlike some we really don't feel pressured. I think it's a good thing to spend a few years just being with each other, cuz once the kids come you can never go back!

Also, I really want to see pictures of your new painted room! What color did you do it?
